Mark Saurette
Mark Saurette is a Principal with Medicus Partners' Dallas office and has been in the healthcare recruiting and consulting field since 2000. Mr. Saurette's areas of expertise include physician recruitment, medical staffing needs analysis, and medical contract negotiation. He has proven to be innovative and customer-focused when working with physician groups, hospitals, and health systems to provide physician recruitment services.
Prior to joining Medicus Partners, Mr. Saurette held leadership positions with national retained physician recruitment firms. He has successfully placed numerous physicians in rural to urban environments, profit and not for profit settings and also with a variety of group settings. Mr. Saurette has also been very successful training new recruiters and building and leading teams of high performing recruiters. Before Mr. Saurette started his career in healthcare consulting he worked with the Pepsi Cola Company in a variety of sales and management roles for eight years.
Based on Mr. Saurette’s numerous and varied contributions to the organization he was the recipient of the Medicus Partners MVP award for 2007.
Mr. Saurette earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from LeTourneau University. He spends most of his time outside of work volunteering at church related activities and attending his daughter’s sporting events. He also enjoys working out and playing sports of all kinds.
