Justin Ballinger
Justin Ballinger is a Physician Recruiter at Medicus Partners and is based in Dallas, TX. Mr. Ballinger has been in the healthcare recruiting and consulting field since 2006 and has successfully placed physicians in facilities ranging from rural hospitals in the upper Midwest to major metro medical centers in the Southeast. Mr. Ballinger's areas of expertise include physician recruitment, contract negotiation and overall market analysis. He excels at diligently communicating with both physician candidates and clients, resulting in strong relationships throughout the recruitment process.
Prior to joining Medicus Partners in early 2007, Mr. Ballinger served as a New Physician Consultant for a national retained physician search firm where he specialized in recruiting residents and fellows.
Mr. Ballinger earned his Bachelor's Degree in Management from the University of Kansas. Originally from St. Paul, Minnesota, Mr. Ballinger enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling and staying active. He is also a passionate fan of collegiate and professional sports, most notably the Kansas Jayhawks and Minnesota Twins.
