Jim Stone
Jim Stone is Managing Partner and Co-founder of Medicus Partners. Since 1995, Mr. Stone has been focused on physician search on a national level. He works with clients to provide physician recruitment services, assisting them in properly establishing search efforts. Mr. Stone also serves as a member of the Board of Directors and the Ethics Committee for the National Association of Physician Recruiters (NAPR).
Mr. Stone began his career working in a number of capacities with the MHA Group, ultimately serving as Director of the Pacific Northwest region for Merritt, Hawkins. He then started the MHA Group's InTech Healthcare division where, as Vice President, he oversaw all research, recruiting and business development functions. After leaving the MHA Group, Mr. Stone was the founder and Managing Partner of Executech (Dallas, TX and Los Angeles, CA).
Mr. Stone earned a B.B.A. in Marketing from Texas Christian University. His opinions and search efforts have been detailed in media including Modern Healthcare, HealthLeaders, Medical Economics, The Dallas Business Journal, The Journal of the ASPR, Health Management Technology and The Dallas Morning News.
Mr. Stone is married and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, James and Allison.
